Isograd Learning Lab — Administrator Guide

Technical Requirements & Admin Setup

This page covers the technical requirements specific to the Isograd Learning Lab, including add-in and plugin setup for Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud subjects, and links to all admin support resources.

General System Requirements

The Isograd Learning Lab runs in the browser and shares the same baseline system, browser, and network requirements as the Tosa testing environment. Please refer to the Tosa Testing — Technical Requirements page for:

  • Supported operating systems (Windows 10+, macOS 11+, Chrome OS 110+)
  • Supported browsers (Chrome 110+, Firefox 110+)
  • Minimum bandwidth (1 Mbps per student)
  • Domain whitelisting (including *.isograd.com, tosa.org, googleapis.com, gstatic.com)

Microsoft 365 Add-in

Isograd Learning Lab courses for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint require the Isograd Microsoft 365 Add-in to be installed on the student's device. This add-in enables in-application lessons and tasks to run directly inside the Microsoft 365 application.
